We had an amazing stay with very friendly and attentive staff. The best aspects were the delicious multiple course meals and unbeatable presentation for both breakfast and dinner with the price inclusive of these meals. The location was great with convenient transportation, and the cleanliness and hotel facilities were outstanding.

Location of the hotel was great, close to public transportation and it was easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food options to choose from, especially liked the fruit selection.
The room was outdated, with old furniture and stained floors. The bathroom was very small, poorly lit and the tiles had mold on them.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were very friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The delicious food served for breakfast and dinner was well thought out, with each item beautifully presented. The multiple course meals were a delight and with breakfast and dinner included in the price, it was definitely worth it! The location of this place was also great, surrounded by stunning views and providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

the breakfast and dinner were well presented and delicious, with lots of little dishes to try. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.
The bathroom was outdated and had stained tiles, which made it feel unclean. the tatami and chair had stains and the comforter also had a stain.
